W-2 Forms, Paystubs, Insurance Information, OH MY!

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have one place where you could collect your tax forms at the end of the year, view your paystubs, gain access to your personalized documents, and if eligible, view your insurance information? Well, dream no more – all of this information is right at your fingertips. As a KHI employee, you have access to all of your information regarding employment through Paychex Flex. From personal information regarding your placement and pay to updates on new features and benefits of your employment, Paychex Flex makes it easy to keep track of the information that’s important to you!

How to sign up! 

Before you can gain access to Paychex Flex, you must personally register in the system. Unfortunately, a KHI Employee Relations Coordinator cannot register you during the onboarding process for your own safety! Your login credentials are created by you and obtained only by you. KHI Employee Relations Coordinators can never see your password or the information within your Paychex Flex account.  It’s easy to sign up and doesn’t’ take a lot of time! Follow these quick steps on how to register with Paychex Flex.

  1. First, click here to read through registration instructions. These will serve as a guide while you set up your account.
  2. Begin the registration process by selecting “Sign Up’ button under the username box at this link.
  3. Once you’ve gone through the registration of your account, login!

*Please note, if you just started your assignment with KHI, you might notice that you don’t have access right away to register in Paychex Flex. If you run into an issue when registering, wait until you’ve received your first paycheck and then try to log in again.

How do I receive my W-2 forms? 

All 2017 W-2 forms are currently available through Paychex Flex! W-2 forms will not be mailed out and can only be found in your Paychex Flex account.  Your Employee Relations Coordinator will not mail you your W-2 form. To gain access to  your W-2 forms, please adhere to the following:

  1. Read these instructions as you register for Paychex Flex if you haven’t already done so. These will serve as a guide while you set up your account.
  2. Register by clicking “Sign Up” under the username box on the login screen.
  3. Log in to Paychex Flex
  4. Click “View All” Under the “Tax Documents” heading in the Paychex Flex dashboard.
  5. Download and save all tax information for your personal use. Please be aware that your personal information such as SS# will be on these documents.

If you do need a physical copy of your W-2 Form and don’t have access to a personal computer, local libraries to provide public access to computers and printing services.

Question: I am not currently on contract with KHI/KS. How do I get my W-2 forms for taxes? 

Answer: Regardless if you currently are or were on contract with KHI/KS and that assignment has ended, all W-2 tax forms can be accessed in Paychex Flex. They will not be mailed or emailed to you by a KHI Employee Relations Coordinator.  If you are not registered in Paychex Flex, you must first register. If you were registered in Paychex Flex during your assignment but don’t remember your login information, click “Forgot Username and Password” under the username box in the middle of the screen on the login page.

Insurance Information.

If you were eligible for insurance coverage and signed up during open enrollment at the tail-end of 2017, your deductions will begin coming out of your paycheck on January 1, 2018. Additionally, any elections you made will be effective on January 1, 2018.
